The ACLU Foundation of Southern California's (ACLU SoCal) mission is to ensure that all persons are afforded the equality, liberty, and justice guaranteed to them in the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Through our integrated approach of community education, advocacy, and litigation, we challenge unconstitutional and unjust policies and practices. We most often serve those whose rights are consistently denied or compromised including students, women, prisoners, immigrants, communities of color, LGBTQ people, members of minority religions, people with disabilities, individuals experiencing homelessness, and economically disadvantaged people. With offices in Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire, ACLU SoCal has been serving Southern California since 1923.

Community Organized Relief Effort (CORE) faces the realities of disaster fearlessly, working on the ground to not only rebuild communities in the face of emergency, but to also create programs that focus on preparedness and resilience. When a crisis strikes, we respond immediately to fill gaps, mobilize resources, and establish trust and collaboration from within communities to empower them to break perennial cycles of poverty and vulnerability. CORE focuses on equity by bringing relief directly to those who need it most.

The TEP Foundation provides a variety of educational and organizing programming.

Equality Florida is the largest civil rights organization dedicated to securing full equality for Florida's lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) community.

While our focus is for LGBTQ+ individuals; which slightly makes us different overall, we also provide the community with intentional efforts to empower diverse intersecting identities within the LGBTQ+ community thru skill building, support and resources from all aspects of life, health and education. We pride ourselves in allowing the communities that we serve to determine the work that we are doing; not funding, in turn differentiating OSKC from mainstream organizations here in the KC metro area. Our Spot KC provides community enrichment and development programs and operates an LGBTQ specific housing program providing transitional and rapid re-housing services for those in need.

Our Mission is to support and empower transgender youth, young adults and their families while educating communities in South Dakota and the surrounding region about gender identity and expression.

Transgender Education Network of Texas is dedicated to furthering the cause of Gender Diverse people in Texas. We will accomplish this through education in both public and private forums. Through our efforts we will strive to halt discrimination through social, legal, legislative and corporate education.

To improve the quality of life for all LGBTQ+ people in Upstate, South Carolina.

The Knights and Orchids Society (TKO) envisions a future where Transgender, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Gay (TLBG) Black people are empowered to live full and healthy lives free from harm. Our mission is to build the power of TQBLG Black people across the south by providing a spectrum of health and wellness services designed to address the social determinants of health that negatively impact our communities. Since 2019, we have provided 258 clients with services through our primary program Fast, Affirming, Innovative Testing and Healthcare or FAITH.

TAKE Resource Center is the only center that is Trans focused, Trans lead, and all of the staff members are Trans women of color here in Birmingham, Alabama.

Right now, there are hundreds of bills pending in state legislatures across the United States that target trans youth and aim to curb their rights. The impact of fighting these anti-trans bills and policies is felt all year by trans people, their families and loved ones. The organizations benefitting from this fund are 1) providing direct services to trans youth and 2) advocating for the rights of trans youth in the states that need it most. All donations will be split evenly amongst: Black Trans Advocacy Coalition, Equality Florida, Gendernexus, House Of Tulip, JASMYN, Lucie’s Place, One Iowa, Our Spot KC, SC United, Southern Arizona Gender Alliance, Tennessee Equality Project, The Knights & Orchids Society, Transformation Project Advocacy Network, Transgender Advocates Knowledgeable Empowering (TAKE), Transgender Education Network Of Texas (TENT), Transanta, Transsocial, Zebra Coalition
