The mission of Best Friends Animal Society is to bring about a time when there are No More Homeless Pets. Oceana, the world's largest international organization focused exclusively on ocean conservation, was founded in 2001 by a group of leading foundations concerned that although the oceans constitute over 70 percent of the earth's surface, an extremely small percentage of environmental funding was dedicated to protecting them.  Oceana's campaigns are designed to change that by forcing clear, identifiable policy changes with real "in the water" results, usually in three to five years. Our international campaigns in North America, Europe, Chile, and Belize are focused on the actions agreed on by scientists throughout the world as necessary to preserve and restore marine life: Protect seafloor habitat from destructive bottom trawling; Set and enforce reasonable catch limits for commercial fishing; Stop subsidizing overcapacity in commercial fishing fleets; Stop marine pollution, particularly carbon dioxide emissions that are making the oceans more acidic; Oceana sets annual goals toward achieving specific changes and holds itself strictly accountable to its Board, funders, and supporters.  Since inception, Oceana has achieved dramatic success in protecting the world's oceans in targeted, practical ways.

Kitty Bungalow Charm School for Wayward Cats is California's only 100% feral cat rescue and socialization facility. As shelter interventionists, we focus our attention on the most vulnerable of felines -- feral cats and kittens. Our one hundred weekly volunteers, who use force-free socialization techniques, take street cats from 'hiss to home'. Each year, through TNR and Working Cat programs, we place a thousand feral cats in safe locations, and intake hundreds of feral kittens. As a 501c3, we rely on community donations and support. Only through working together can we continue to offer life saving services to LA's abandoned cats and kittens. Change a cat's life, today through a donation. The National Canine Cancer Foundation funds are used in eliminating cancer as a major health problem in dogs through education, outreach and research to save lives through prevention, finding cures, better treatments, more accurate cost effective diagnostic methods in dealing with cancer and diminishing dogs suffering from cancer.

The Humane Society of Broward County provides shelter, aid and responsible adoptions to animals entrusted to our care, and educates the community about respect and kindness to all animals. The Humane Society of Broward County relies on the generosity of our community and companies to fund our operations and programs budget. We do not get funding from the government, United Way or any other national or local organizations with similar names. Income sources are: adoption fees; services such as dog obedience, vaccination clinics, spay/neuter programs; pet boutique sales; fundraising events; grants; general donations and from those people who leave the shelter in their will. Every dollar is carefully spent to help the unwanted animals.

The Rescued Dog is a network of fosters and volunteers dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating dogs in need throughout California and Mexico. We are committed to placing dogs in loving, forever homes and educating adopters on the responsibilities of dog ownership. The Rescued Dog strives to work with local area shelters and other rescue groups to create a better world for homeless pets.

Second Chance K9 Service Dogs’ mission is to improve the daily lives of Special Operations Veterans by reducing symptoms related to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury by donating a fully trained psychiatric service dog.

Rancho Coastal Humane Society is dedicated to saving lives of abandoned companion animals, promoting adoption into loving homes and offering education programs and support services that inspire and strengthen the human-animal bond.
