Jewish Housing and Programming (J-HAP) is committed to serve the life-long needs of adults with developmental disabilities within a Jewish environment where residents feel welcomed, valued, fulfilled, and secure.

The mission of the New Hope Family Shelter (NHFS) is to provide temporary shelter for homeless families in Bloomington and Monroe County and, in collaboration with other agencies, to help those families regain housing by addressing the problems that led to homelessness.

Madison House Autism Foundation's (MHAF) mission is to provide more support, more opportunities, and more hope, to adults with autism and their families. Madison House is one of the first and few organizations to focus on the needs of adults on the autism spectrum on a national level. MHAF is dedicated to creating awareness of the lifespan challenges faced by autistic adults and to finding, developing, and promoting the solutions that allow autistic adults to make choices, live as independently as possible, hold jobs, feel connected to their communities, and to become participating members of our society.

Serving Douglas, Sarpy, Washington, Burt and Cass Counties in Nebraska, Habitat Omaha works to expand quality, affordable homeownership opportunities for families with low-to-moderate incomes, while also improving the safety, appearance and overall value of whole neighborhoods.

Foothill Unity Center helps neighbors in crisis attain self-sufficiency by partnering with the community and using our resources wisely to provide vital support services with love and dignity. Foothill Unity Center envisions a community where *All have their basic needs met, including the need to give, *All get the necessary support to become self-sufficient, *All are treated with love and dignity ... all the time. The Center is a federally designated Community Action Agency, part of a network of 47 organizations in California and 1,100 in the country, that combat poverty. Our target population covers the Foothills portion of SPA 3, which includes Altadena, Arcadia, Azusa, Baldwin Park, Bradbury, Duarte, Irwindale, Monrovia, Pasadena, Sierra Madre, South Pasadena and Temple City.

East LA Community Corporation (ELACC) advocates for economic and social justice in Boyle Heights and East Los Angeles by building grassroots leadership, developing affordable housing and neighborhood assets, and providing access to economic development opportunities for low and moderate income families.
