Sister Connection

Sister Connection was founded in 2006 to help widows rebuild their lives after decades of war. Civil conflict left a generation of widows and orphans without status and without support. We connected them to donors who rebuilt their homes and supported them financially. Today, Sister Connection serves a new generation of widows. While the memory of war is fading, the economic prospects for widows and their children remain bleak. Our goal has shifted from the immediate needs of charity to a push for self-sufficiency and sustainable development.

Central Florida Pediatric Therapy Foundation

Because building opportunities for people with disabilities strengthens the entire community, it is our vision to provide a place to live, work and play for everyone. We are committed to the idea that everyone has gifts that can impact others. It is our challenge to build venues and create opportunities for cooperative growth through the use of these gifts. Through FAITH we strive to cultivate: - Diversity: To draw ideas from each person’s unique perspective and use them as a catalyst for empowerment. - Personal Choice: To recognize the variety of individual needs and goals and support them when possible. - Awareness: We strive to be mindful of the diverse needs of others. People are challenged daily by things we take for granted. - Service: We are here to fulfill unmet needs wherever possible. We are at our best when we give.

Caiden's Hope

We believe that parental care is essential to the development of premature infants. We are striving to increase each NICU parent's ability to care personally for their precious newborn by partnering with hospital social services departments nationwide to provide travel expenses for NICU families. In the past we have helped by offering: Prepaid Gas Cards Rail and Bus Tickets Assistance with airfare Assistance with lodging fees Assistance with meal fees Every family situation is unique which is why we ask that you contact your hospital social worker. They will help you determine the possible expenses you will have during your baby's stay in the NICU. They will be able to reach out to CHF on your behalf & we will take it from there!
