Moms 4 Housing Community Land Trust

OakCLT’s mission is to expand and preserve housing and economic development opportunities for Black, Latinx, Asian, other communities of color, and low-income residents of Oakland. In practice, we acquire housing, land, and other critical community-serving real estate and steward them in trust to ensure that they remain affordable forever. We create innovative shared-equity ownership structures that balance the needs of individuals and families to build wealth with the long-term goal of permanently preserving affordability. We foster leadership and build community power through an engaged board of OakCLT residents and community members to enact a vision of resident-powered development on community-owned land.

T.R.U.S.T South LA is a Community Land Trust (CLT) created stabilize the neighborhoods south of Downtown LA, where increased property values and rents have pushed out many long term residents. To revive the dignity of the homeless and mental health community through housing, support and love.We combine housing and critical support services to homeless adults with mental illnesses so they have the opportunity to address their mental health and experience recovery from homelessness and suffering. We currently own and operate 10 homes (and counting) located in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Thanks to our unique approach and generous supporters, 60 women and men are off the streets and into the lives they deserve. All this is done with zero government funding.Our high-touch, individually tailored approach to provides long-term housing, stability and independence.

Partners Against Trafficking Humans

PATH’s mission is to advocate on the behalf of those victimized by sex-trafficking, provide restorative care and educate our communities. This is done through a number of services with a primary focus on providing a safe environment for rescued victims of sex-trafficking, sexual assault and prostitution to heal in a therapeutic, residential program of restoration and community reintegration, through a variety of christ-centered services and recovery programs, offering hope for healing, personal growth and future success.
