Leading Initiatives for the Less Fortunate Together or L.I.F.T, is a multi-faceted nonprofit organization that was established in 2014. L.I.F.T aims to bring awareness and aid to those in need of a helping hand.

NAM's mission is to meet basic human needs through neighbors helping neighbors. NAM is a community based, multi-program social service agency established in 1983 which is supported by 50 congregations, 17 service organizations, and over 170 business community partners. Guided by a relatively small staff of 85, more than 2,700 volunteers work together to provide a variety of basic services to our neighbors in need throughout the Houston area. More than 50% of those helped by this effort are children.

Founded in 2013, to provide temporary emergency shelter to the homeless in Lane County, Oregon. We operate four Safe Spot communities which give shelter to up to 20 people per night at each camp. Our program provides emotional support, through peers and staff, to connect with resources, make life improvements, and find permanent housing. We have also built and sited 60 Conestoga huts, mostly at churches, providing temporary shelter. For $165 a month, we can help one person out of homelessness. The cost of providing one temporary shelter, including staff support, is $3000 per year.

Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia transforms lives and our city by building and repairing quality homes in partnership with families in need, and by uniting all Philadelphians around the cause of affordable housing.

Davidson Housing Coalition believes that Davidson’s traditional mix of people in all income levels is fundamental to our community and distinguishes us as a town. The mission of Davidson Housing Coalition is to work with the larger community to preserve and create affordable housing options and to prepare families and individuals for financial stability and homeownership.

Hope Community creates connections that strengthen the power of community members and communities. We cultivate community leaders, build community capacity, care for the housing and community spaces we develop, and pursue equity and diversity in all we do.

Putting Faith into action, Habitat for Humanity of Burlington County partners with families in need and volunteers to transform lives through decent and affordable housing.

The Community Action Center of Northfield's mission is to promote a healthy, caring and just community for all people through resources, advocacy and volunteer effort. We provide services to our neighbors in need and make a difference in the lives of families and individuals. We provide basic needs such as food, clothing, and shelter, employment readiness and healthcare enrollment assistance; we engage volunteers in significant work, neighbors helping neighbors.

The mission of Harbor Interfaith Services is to empower the homeless and working poor to achieve self-sufficiency by providing support services including shelter, transitional housing, food, job placement, advocacy, childcare, education, and life-skills training.
