IN 2015, THE BOARD CONTINUED TO ASSESS ITS FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES AND ALSO CONCLUDED THAT IT WAS BEST TO ALLOW ANY POSSIBLE PAST CONTINGENT LIABILITIES TO BE IDENTIFIED AND SATISFIED BEFORE PROCEEDING FURTHER. THE FOUNDATION BOARD HAS NOT IDENTIFIED ANY SUCH LIABILITIES BUT HAS DECIDED TO MAINTAIN ITS CURRENT LIMITED APPROACH FOR ANOTHER YEAR OR TWO.
