New York Nancy G. Brinker promised her sister that she would do everything in her power to end breast cancer forever. That promise is now Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, the global leader of the breast cancer movement, having invested more than $2.2 billion since inception in 1982. As the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists, we’re working together to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures. Thanks to events like the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure® and the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure®, and generous contributions from our partners, sponsors and fellow supporters, we have become the largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer in the world.

With a mission to find a cure for brain cancer, HOTB fundraises to support the work of world-class medical researchers and doctors, dedicated to understanding the causes and prevention of brain cancer; developing earlier detection techniques; and discovering new and improved treatments. HOTB supports the life-changing research and treatment happening at UCLA’s Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center and the UCLA Brain Tumor Center, which were designated a Specialized Program of Research Excellence (SPORE) in 2017 by the National Cancer Institute – one of only six brain cancer programs in the nation – recognizing UCLA’s breadth and depth in state-of-the-art, innovative, investigator-initiated translational research(bench to bedside) contributing to improved detection, diagnosis, and treatment of brain cancer. Fox Chase's mission is to reduce the burden of human cancer through the pursuit of knowledge in basic biological research; to conduct research specifically related to cancer causes, prevention, and treatment; and to apply this knowledge to the prevention of cancer and the treatment of cancer patients. Fox Chase has the oldest and third-largest cancer center support grant from the National Cancer Institute and is the oldest cancer specialty hospital in the nation. In January 2000, Fox Chase opened the nation's first facility devoted to comprehensive cancer prevention research. The Prostate Cancer Research Institute (PCRI), a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, that is dedicated to helping prostate cancer patients and caregivers research your treatment options. We understand that they have lots of questions and we can help them find the answers that are specific to their case. All of our resources are designed by a multidisciplinary team of patients, advocates, and leading medical doctors, for the patient. We believe that by educating oneself about the disease, they will have more productive interactions with their medical professionals, and get better individualized care.

Tough2gether Foundation is fighting childhood cancer. It's personal to us! We've watched too many children die from DIPG, the most terminal childhood cancer. In fact Tough2gether Foundation was founded by Jace Ward, who at 20 fought DIPG for two years while advocating for others, raising funds to expand trials and starting this foundation. We work daily to care for families in the fight by providing information and supporting their financial needs. Central to our mission is fueling research and clinical trials and to fill the gaps in the current pediatric cancer system. We're bringing people who care together to change the patient data landscape and the way clinical trials operate from a single approach to combinations. Team up with us to end DIPG and all childhood cancer as we know it.

Zip With Us, Inc. is a 501(c)3 public charity serving infants and children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses via the donation of custom, vibrant medically-adapted garments. Our products enable kids ranging from infants to teens to keep their shirts on during chemotherapy and other infusion treatments both in the hospital and during at-home care. Our ZipShirts™ provide dignity and comfort, while making the medical device “access” process easier for both patients and caregivers since they are configured for the individual patient’s medical access points (e.g. ports, picc lines, central lines, g-tubes, n-tubes, etc.). They are soft, bright and personalized to match a child’s favorite colors, characters, and themes. Our new line of Drew’s Cruisers™ are medically-adapted onesies that protect a baby’s central lines via fasteners and flaps, allowing the child to move and play freely without worrying about line dislodgement or injury. These onesies are positive for these little ones in two powerful ways: (i) mitigating the chance of line infections and the need for unnecessary surgery due to accidental dislodgement, as well as (ii) helping prevent developmental stagnation by allowing free movement.
