We utilize all resources available to stop the practice of dog fighting, to help educate the public on the values and importance of spay/neuter of companion animals to help decrease the overpopulation problems already occurring, and to help educate the public of proper training of dogs to lessen the impact of Breed Specific Legislation against dogs deemed as a dangerous breeds, especially Bully breeds

About the Marsha P. Johnson Institute The Marsha P. Johnson Institute protects and defends the human rights of black transgender people. They do this by organizing, advocating, creating an intentional community to heal, developing transformative leadership, and promoting collective power. The mission of the Institute is to reclaim the life and legacy of Marsha P. Johnson. Its founding was rooted in developing a response to the intersectionality of the murder of black trans women and women of color –– and the social, economic, racial, gender and reproductive discrimination such victims face. About Rainbow Railroad Around the world LGBTQI+ people continue to face oppression worldwide; in over 70 countries there are laws that criminalize same sex intimacy and discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. In eight countries same sex intimacy is punishable by death. The global refugee crisis is exasperating the plight of LGBTQI+ people worldwide. According to the United Nations High Commissioner on Refugees, there are now over 70 million displaced people in the world – the largest number since the Second World War. For many reasons, LGBTQI+ people face unique challenges trying to claim refugee status. Rainbow Railroad exists to provide a solution to this problem. The organization’s ultimate goal is a world free of persecution.

The response has truly been global, rapid, and multi-faceted. UNICEF is supplying medical oxygen to over 90 countries to help fight COVID-19. Just this year, in addition to the 15,188 oxygen concentrators, UNICEF alone has distributed over 19,600 oxygen accessories (like pulse oximeters, flow splitters, oxygen analyzers and humidifier bottles) and 578,000 consumables (like nasal cannula, face masks and tubing) to 93 countries. In addition, UNICEF country offices have supported many governments to initiate plans to install and/or refurbish PSA plants or provide liquid oxygen to further bolster oxygen scale-up efforts.

Our mission is to provide and distribute free menstrual products to menstruators in need and advocate for systemic change in the government, schools and community to end period poverty in Hawai’i.
