The Association for the Recovery of Children [ARC] is a non-profit, under-the-radar organization comprised of former intelligence officers and special operators who rescue missing, abducted, and exploited American children in domestic and foreign locations.

The mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is to assist the U. S. Marine Corps in providing a tangible sign of hope to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas. Through the gift of a new toy, the organization seeks to help bring the joy of Christmas and send a message of hope to America's less fortunate children. Uniting all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; and to contribute to improving communities in the future.

Kitty Bungalow Charm School for Wayward Cats is California's only 100% feral cat rescue and socialization facility. As shelter interventionists, we focus our attention on the most vulnerable of felines -- feral cats and kittens. Our one hundred weekly volunteers, who use force-free socialization techniques, take street cats from 'hiss to home'. Each year, through TNR and Working Cat programs, we place a thousand feral cats in safe locations, and intake hundreds of feral kittens. As a 501c3, we rely on community donations and support. Only through working together can we continue to offer life saving services to LA's abandoned cats and kittens. Change a cat's life, today through a donation. YGB specializes in finding permanent families for young adults, teens, and pre-teens in foster care. We believe that no child should age out of the foster care system without the support and love of a family. Whether that means helping youth reconnect to their families of origin, to other people who have played a role in their lives, or to new families that will make a new commitment to be there for life. We recruit, train, certify and license parents who are willing to make an unconditional lifetime commitment. Likewise, we commit to providing ongoing support for our families for as long as they need. To honor his legacy, Discovery Inc. established the The Willie Garson Fund at You Gotta Believe to support our work of connecting every child in foster care to a loving family that commits to being there for life. The fund directly supports our Nobody Ages Out initiative, providing the services and resources needed to ensure their profound journey to becoming a family is a success.

TransSOCIAL, Inc.'s mission is to expand safe and affirming resources for our Trans, gender expansive and Intersex community. We are Trans-led and provide direct services including legal name and gender marker change assistance, ID updates, affirming medical and mental health referrals, peer support groups and social events, and TLGBQ+ Cultural Sensitivity Training to businesses and organizations to help them create safe spaces for our community.

FoSA (Friends of Short Ave), the booster club for Short Avenue Elementary in Del Rey, California, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and the fundraising arm of the school. We are dedicated to providing enrichment opportunities that strengthen and support our neighborhood public school. During especially formative childhood years, our goal is to fortify academic growth, and inspire creative, artistic, and aesthetic understanding. We develop and manage fundraisers and programs in our efforts to maximize student experience and potential while also enhancing our community.

Nurse Heroes seeks to provide every nurse with the resources and opportunities they need and create a future without a shortage of nurses. As an accelerating shortage of nurses around the world exists, if nothing changes within three years we will have about 1 million fewer nurses than we require in the United States and a shortage of 2 million nurses in Europe. It is a similar trend globally. The organization is committed to informing and inspiring the world to help create a future without a shortage of nurses and nurse practitioners, celebrating nurses through the arts with celebrity concert series, monthly art contests, and nurse choir performances.

The mission of the American Diabetes Association (the Association) is to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. Diabetes is a disease in which the body does not produce or properly use insulin.  Insulin is a hormone that is needed to convert sugar, starches and other food into energy needed for daily life.  The cause of diabetes continues to elude the medical community, although research has shown that both genetics and environmental factors such as obesity and lack of exercise appear to play roles.

ABOUT THE BORIS LAWRENCE HENSON FOUNDATION (BLHF) As the pioneering Black mental health advocacy group in the US, the BLHF provides access to localized and black-culturally competent therapy resources sourced through a network of clinicians, service providers, counselors, and thought leaders. The foundation is named in honor of Boris Lawrence Henson, father of Academy Award and Emmy-nominated actress and founder Taraji P. Henson, who suffered mental health challenges without resources or support. Founded in 2018, within a short time, BLHF has built its reputation on the promise of providing trusted referrals and demonstrating a deep understanding of the population health of communities of color. Through timely and relevant programming and awareness campaigns, it is the hope that mental health will become a known quantity within Black communities, helping the Foundation to achieve a critical mass of Black self-care advocates and allies nationwide. Through a myriad of corporate partnerships, BLHF encourages mental wellness; raises awareness of the stigma and the use of stigmatizing language when referring to mental illness; provides mental health resources and support, offers scholarships to Black students who seek a career in the mental health field; extends mental health services to young people in underserved schools and communities, combats recidivism and supports re-entry for returning citizens. The Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation is charting a new course that encourages Black individuals to own their history, heritage, and collective wounds in empowering, empathic, and transformative ways.

The Akshaya Patra Foundation's (“TAPF”) mission is to address childhood hunger and malnutrition in India simultaneously and to increase underprivileged children's access to education. TAPF's vision is that no child shall be deprived of education because of hunger. The Sanskrit words “Akshaya Patra,” meaning inexhaustible vessel, aptly reflects the organization's aspirations to provide unlimited food to underprivileged children and mitigate their sufferings. The organization's long-term goal is to replicate this model throughout India and the world. Our partnership with the Government of India and various State Governments, along with the persistent support from corporates, individual donors, and well-wishers have helped us to grow from serving just 1,500 children in 5 schools in 2000 to serving 2 million children. Today, Akshaya Patra is the world’s largest (not-for-profit run) Mid-Day Meal Program serving wholesome food every school day to over 2 million children from 22,000 schools across 14 states & 2 Union territory of India.
