We provide quality infant and toddler and day care and run the Best Babies program for new and soon-to-be moms at risk. We hold weekly lunches for seniors, host youth and adult recreation programs, and provide low and no-cost meeting space for a variety of groups and clubs. We support healthy food in the city through our Food Security Collective and the Good Food Box program we subsidize. We organize monthly total plastics recycling drop off. We publish a monthly newspaper, the Village Vibe, and bring you Fernwood's own free music festival, Fern Fest. We are active in planning and transforming the built environment of our neighbourhood.
