A Very Special Place, Inc., founded in 1974, provides a comprehensive network of programs and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. United Hospice provides care, hope, comfort and improved quality of life to individuals and their families facing serious illness. We offer compassionate support to members of our community who have experienced the loss of a loved one. We lead the health and human services community in improving the provision of care to those affected by serious illness.

The mission of the New Jersey Rett Syndrome Association is to contribute towards an improved quality of life for girls and women affected by Rett syndrome. We beleive that by raising awareness, we can foster public attitudes conducive to early intervention, treatment, support and research of Rett syndrome.

Kyleigh’s Cure's mission is to help find a treatment, or cure for galactosemia. Galactosemia is an extremely rare disease in which too much galactose is produced in the blood. At this time, there is currently no cure, or treatment for galactosemia. The disease is so rare; there is minimal funding for research. Our fundraising efforts help the research continue, and give Kyleigh the opportunity of a normal life someday.

Every 14 seconds, a child is orphaned by AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa. Nyumbani serves these abandoned children in Kenya, providing a loving home, medical services and community-based care in the slum communities of Nairobi. Nyumbani Village is a self-sustaining community to serve orphans and elders who have been left behind by the "lost generation" of the AIDS pandemic.

Centro de los Derechos del Migrante, Inc. supports Mexico-based migrant workers to defend and protect their rights as they move between their home communities in Mexico and their workplaces in the United States. With our binational, multilingual staff and geographic reach we have grown in response to increasing needs for its advocacy and services and seek to overcome the border as a barrier to justice.

North Charleston Dental Outreach exists to provide compassionate dental services to our low income neighbors while respecting the dignity of each patient.
