THE MISSION OF HEARTS FOR ALS NY IS TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR PATIENTS AND CAREGIVERS, AND INCREASE AWARENESS & UNDERSTANDING OF ALS THROUGH VOLUNTEER SERVICES AROUND MONROE COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR OUR PALS.

We are giving orphan children all the necessary tools and the environment to be leading members of the Egyptian society. They will grow into confident men and women who will shatter the stigma of being an orphan in Egypt. We create a comfortable home environment that provides the children with all the love, support, resources, and guidance they need to thrive.

The Little Baby Face Foundation seeks to transform the lives of children born with facial deformities through corrective surgery. World-class surgeons and medical providers at the finest facilities in NYC volunteer their time to deliver the best surgery and medical care, free of charge, to these children who are in financial need worldwide. The foundation provides travel to and from New York City for these children to undergo surgical procedures. Additionally it provides medical information about facial deformities to families, healthcare providers and the public, and supports related research.

THE HEART INSTITUTE AT STATEN ISLAND UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL OPENED IN 2001 AND IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT TAX ORGANIZATION UNDER CODE SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE HEART INSTITUTE IS NOT ITSELF A DIRECT PROVIDER OF CLINICAL OR MEDICAL SERVICES, BUT OVERSEES THE ADMINISTRATIVE, FINANCIAL, AND OPERATIONAL ASPECTS OF THE CARDIAC SERVICES PROVIDED TO LOCAL AREA HOSPITALS THROUGH JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN RICHMOND UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER AND STATEN ISLAND UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL.

Sojourns Community Health Clinic was founded as an innovative response to the need for a change in how our culture views health and delivers healthcare.Our mission is to inspire and model possibility and change in healthcare.Sojourns exists for a healthier community at a cost that the community can sustain. LivFree was created to provide kids and their families an experience to help give them a break from treatment and provide some family fun time. Whether it be a visit to a movie theater, a sporting event or anything in between, we help families have something to look forward to during their tough time.

CASA DE ESPERANZA IS A FAITH BASED CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATION THAT SEEKS TO BRING HOPE TO THOSE IN NEED BY PROMOTING SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH THROUGH SUPPORTIVE HOUSING, TRAINING, SKILL DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE MEDICAL, DENTAL AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.
