THE MISSION OF JOHNSON C. SMITH UNIVERSITY IS TO PROVIDE AN OUTSTANDING EDUCATION FOR A DIVERSE GROUP OF TALENTED AND HIGHLY MOTIVATED STUDENTS FROM VARIOUS ETHNIC, SOCIOECONOMIC, AND GEOGRAPHICAL BACKGROUNDS. THE NMU FOUNDATION WILL ESTABLISH AND FOSTER RELATIONSHIPS TO GENERATE RESOURCES THAT BENEFIT THE STRATEGIC GOALS OF NORTHERN MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY.

THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE ADVANCED EDUCATION THROUGH DIDACTIC COURSES AND CLINICAL TRAINING TO DENTAL HYGIENISTS PURSUING A BACHELOR OF SCIENCE DEGREE AND FOR LICENSED DENTISTS CURRENTLY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BUFFALO SCHOOL OF DENTAL MEDICINE IN ADVANCED EDUCATION PROGRAMS.

The College of New Jersey Foundation encourages and receives philanthropic support to expand access to and enhance the outstanding educational and community service opportunities provided to students at The College of New Jersey. The Foundation carries out its mission by establishing funds for student support, learning experiences, academic enrichment and capital improvement. By promoting a culture of philanthropy, and through prudent investment, stewardship and accountability to donors and the community, the Foundation advances the College’s mission and reputation as a nationally recognized public institution.

The American Indian Association of Illinois provides a model for Indian community development.It is governed by people rooted in their tribal cultures, living in off-reservation communities, working to improve the lives of all Indian people. It provides the opportunity for every Native person to pursue education in a way that respects tribal culture and individual interests and needs. AIAI’s participants help build the Indian communities of the future. The mission of the American Indian Association of Illinois is to develop and implement educational opportunities for American Indian people and others who may benefit from such programs to help them build strong Native families and communities, which respect and acknowledge all tribal histories and cultures.

The JMU Foundation, first established as the Madison College Foundation in 1969, exists to "Promote the welfare, efficiency, service to the public and objectives of James Madison University and to encourage private gifts of money, securities, land or other property of whatever character for such purposes." During our 30 year history, we have played an important role in the university's dramatic growth from a state teachers college to a multipurpose university. The ability to purchase or receive property the university needs in a timely manner has made many of the buildings and facilities, essential to the JMU of today, possible.

The Foundation exists solely to assist, support and foster Virginia Commonwealth University in all proper ways that may from time to time be approved by the trustees of the Foundation with the guidance of the university.

PVCC is the community's college. The PVCC Educational Foundation has served as the fundraising arm of Piedmont Virginia Community College since 1982. Our institution is committed to helping all citizens in our region achieve their potential through high-quality, post-secondary education.
