The Ruth Garrett Millikan Graduate Fellowship Fund will provide financial support to graduate students enrolled in the Department of Philosophy, housed within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Your gift to this fund will honor Board of Trustees Distinguished Professor Emerita Ruth Millikan for her commitment to the advancement of philosophical studies at UConn, and for her scientifically-informed contributions to philosophy of mind, philosophy of language, philosophy of biology, philosophy of psychology, and ontology.

To offer undergraduate and graduate education for a broad range of professions, while providing a strong foundation of liberal learning, thereby giving a highly diverse population of students the opportunity to lift their lives and prospects. Founded in 1861, Vassar College is a highly selective, residential, coeducational liberal arts college.
