Trio Uganda works to the principles of Asset-Based Community Development, supporting small, registered community organisations in Uganda that are driven by the commitment, knowledge and experience of local people. Our partners are truly grassroots initiatives, addressing complex and challenging issues with very limited resources. Trio Uganda believes that small organisations rooted in their communities can effect real and sustainable change.

Advocating secondary education reform, informing teachers, and supporting their professional growth in line with the reform values as well as promoting the pedagogy of partnership in schools.

Ballet Black was founded in 2001 with a mission to make a fundamental change in the diversity of mainstream classical ballet - on stage, behind the scenes, and among audiences & participants. We recognise the importance of providing visible, diverse role models in ballet. Our professional company is made up of eight dancers of Black and Asian descent from around the world. We create award-winning new work that is bold and distinctive, both live and on film, that tours the UK and internationally. We also develop talent at the early stages of ballet through our subsidised Junior School & Associate Programme, providing professionally taught ballet classes led by teachers of diverse heritage to children and young people aged 3 to 18. Our Junior Associate Programme is designed to support and inspire girls and young women aged 12 to 16 during the crucial pre-vocational stage of ballet training. This cements our commitment to reaching a critical mass of young people for whom the artform of ballet has historically been closed and is part of our contribution to diversifying ballet in the UK. We challenge perceptions in ballet, promote greater inclusion in dance training, and are growing audience diversity for ballet and the wider dance sector across the UK. We are also playing a vital role in advocating wider societal change through our industry-changing collaborations, such as working with Freed of London to create the first UK made pointe shoes for Black, Asian, and culturally diverse dancers.

Vision To be the premiere LGBTQIA arts festival in the UK with a high international profile and a strong local engagement strategy, to ensure LGBTQIA voices are heard and represented in Liverpool and internationally. Mission statement Homotopia is a producer and presenter of great LGBTQIA art, across visual art, theatre, dance, cabaret and heritage in Liverpool, with a local, national and international outlook. The objects of the DAR(CIO) are i.The promotion of social inclusion for the public benefit among people who are refugees and asylum seekers living in Darlington who are socially excluded on the grounds of their social and economic position, by providing A education and training in the English Language B volunteer befriender / mentors who will assist them with their integration into the community of Darlington, by the provision of information, advice and support. ii.. The relief of poverty for refugees and asylum seekers displaced from, in particular, but not limited to, Syria and other war zones who are or have been resident in any refugee camps in Europe by the provision of essential equipment, furniture and other items as may be necessary

The WOW Foundation is an independent charity based in the UK that works globally, born out of a project conceived by the trailblazing theatre director, Jude Kelly CBE whilst artistic director at Southbank Centre in London and established as an independent Foundation in May 2018. Current trajectory predicts 132 years before global gender equity is reached (WEF 2022 Report). We urgently need this to change. We produce ground-breaking, intersectional, arts-led festivals that amplify and connect the creativity and expertise of women, girls and non-binary people around the world. Each year culminates around International Women's Day in March with our annual global showcase, WOW London, the largest of all our festivals, which brings together the highlights from our global community to the Southbank Centre, London, reaching an audience of 30,000. The Berkshire Community Foundation is committed to helping organisations and individuals make a lasting impact in the local community and to raising funds to build a permanent source of funding for the small voluntary groups that tackle need at the grass roots of the local community.

We spread joy worldwide through music, art, circus and dance. Working with vulnerable, abandoned, outcast and poorly people, we run creative sessions to help build confidence, aid childhood development and strengthen communication.

Nature Nurture is a social enterprise whose mission is to engage communities with nature to enhance health & wellbeing, support resilient communities and foster custodians of nature. We deliver nature-based interventions including green social prescribing, education & conservation programmes, community events, horticultural therapy & community gardening. We enable urban communities to engage with the nature on their doorstep & co-create places where wildlife & people thrive. We draw from a variety of approaches, including Forest School, Earth Education & the creative arts. These serve as conduits to nature connection, social cohesion, conservation, climate awareness & action. Please Note: Nature Nurture is a Community Interest Company Limited by guarantee. This legal form is 'not-for-profit' and is for organisations who pursue a social and/ or environmental purpose. If it is dissolved the residual assets will be preserved for the community rather than distributed to members.
