Haiti Disaster Response: Safe Drinking Water for Haiti. Lifewater Canada has volunteer experts and local workers helping get safe water for Haiti.
Lifewater.ca is a non-profit organization drilling water wells in Haiti and Africa, repairing hand pumps, improving sanitation by building washrooms, and providing health & hygiene training.
Since we are all volunteers working from our home, our overhead is under 5%. Your money goes where it is needed most - providing safe drinking water wells and sanitation in countries like Haiti, Liberia and Nigeria.
We rely on people like you to sponsor a well in Africa or Haiti. Working together, we can reduce the devastation of water-borne diseases which are a large factor in the death of children. 25% of children in Liberia die before reaching age 5!
