PLDP was founded in 2015 for the primary purpose of saving homeless animals. PLDP utilizes a network of foster homes to care for animals while they are with the rescue. PLDP provides all medical and training care for animals while they are in foster care. PLDP is an all-breed rescue. We happily work alongside other rescues and shelters as well as strive for the day when no animal is without a home.
