Charity On Wheels

Pictured is Desiree, the scholarship recipient of the Fullerton Dental Program. Through the generous support of donors like you, we were able to provide a 13-week scholarship for Dental Assistant Training. Desiree had been homeless with her mother and siblings off and on for about 6 years. We were able to give her a hand up with this scholarship. She graduated with 6 certificates and has been employed as a dental assistant shortly thereafter. Since, then she has also been able to rent a small place on her own! She even got a little dog.

This is Kirk holding his diploma for truck driving school. He just graduated and is so excited about starting his new career, and his NEW life. When we first met Kirk he was just out of prison and addicted to heroin. He felt like he deserved to be homeless and in pain all the time. From our ongoing mentoring and scholarship fund support, today he is almost completely restored and getting stronger every day. Thank you for supporting Kirk and so many other individuals who just need a hand up.
